This evening's digest contains a number of articles forwarded to us by Terry Smythe. These are all articles from two USENET Newsgroups: rec.music.makers.piano and rec.music.ragtime. I've included these in the subject order rather than the order I received them in. Since not everyone who reads the digest gets USENET News, and since some of us that do don't have time every day to scan for relevant articles, I'm enclosing all of them. I hope you find them sufficiently relevant.
The method that Terry uses to read USENET News articles deletes some of "header" information that I consider relevant. I've taken the liberty to substitute the articles as they circulated on USENET if they were available to me. My thanks to Terry for some useful filtering.
