Brian, I'm also new to this group. Could you tell me if anyone has converted an upright piano to a player piano. I've been wanting to do something like this to my piano for years, but never knew sources for parts, plans, etc. I'm not afraid of the labor involved, or the technology. (I've rebuilt the piano and know its innerds almost intimately.

Is there a source or catalog for player piano parts, etc?

Millions of questions.
