Source of Paper for New Rolls wanted

Hello to Jody and everybody on the list.
Juergen Hocker asked me to post this:
We are looking for a source of ready cut paper for punching rolls. The format should be standard 88 note player rolls, which includes Ampico, Duo-Art and several others.
As far as we know here in Germany, QRS is offering blank rolls of limited (20 meter) length. Which other sources are available? Bulk-ware in greater lengths with finished edges should be much less expensive. In any case we are looking also for the required accessories like flanges, tubes, boxes and leaders. Any recommendations are welcome.
