Dave does raise a critical concern. While I have adapted an Ampico stack to another piano of similar overall dimensions but with different breaks, I have never attempted to adapt a Duo-Art stack to a different piano. I agree with Dave and would also appreciate hearing from others who may have had experience at doing this. As I mentioned earlier, I do have a complete mechanism from out of a Weber 6' Duo-Art grand, and am now wondering if I can only fit that stack back into only another Weber of equal size and breaks.

Does anyone on this list know of rebuilders who have done this? Perhaps rebuilders who are not on this list?
