Information Request, 89 Key Fair Organ Scales

I would like to converse with someone who is knowledgable with the 89 key "G4" and "VB" scales. Any published information I have found regarding these scales does not seem to give enough information regarding the octives which each pipe rank sounds. I am most puzzled about the "VB" scale as it pertains to the baritones, clarinets and violins. Also on the G4 scale what octive do the saxophones on forte regester play in bass and acc.? I am formulating plans to construct an 89 key organ around one of these scales. Maybe someone can comment as to which organ scale music is more available. Hopefully through this form I will be able to get some input on dimensions of the pipes in the various ranks from the owner of such an organ or another person persuing such a project.
