These hard plastic boards were originally designed for cutting fabric into pieces to make patchwork quilts. They are normally used with wheel-shaped cutters that resemble pizza cutters. The kind of knife Terry uses might work also. An added bonus: there are lines printed on the board to help you measure and make straight cuts!
