I'm quite surprised all my problems here (protection of electronics) got so popular on the line. So here we are with another request: I bought a music box cylinder mechanism for a few roupia at this flea market in Jakarta that I was mentioning previously (on jalan Surabaya -- worth visiting, closes at 5:00 pm). The cylinder is totally dead rusted (green, actually) and my intention is to transform it into a lamp stand. (What a crime, but that's the only you can do with it.) Any chemical ideas to get this cylinder shining again? Any miraculous product or method to have this look like a cylinder box again?
