Leather Supply House
By Ron Schmuck

Hello Everyone, Well first, a big thanks to everyone who responded to my request for kid skin drum head replacements.

The Deagan carillon sure sounds like a Schulmerich carillon, maybe the Coronation model from the 1950's. Anyway, we fix 'em and can supply all of the tubes (new). Schulmerich probably has a dealer in your area as well, but if I can be of assistance just call.

Phil Jamison asked about leather for bellows. We use stretched white cowhide always. And I like the excellent service from "The Leather Supply House", tel 219-234-8990. They do have kangaroo; the cost is double that of cow hide. And last here is my specs:

05/1943
Mount Forest, Ontario, Canada, about 3 hrs. north of Buffalo NY
My Guess is 35.5 (because of the computer, not the musical instrument interest).

Best Regards
Ron Schmuck
