1905 Cadillac Player Piano
By Walt Carroll

I just received for free a 1905ish Cadillac upright player piano. The
person that owned it was getting ready to do some remodeling and just
wanted the piano to go to a good home. I was wondering if anybody could
help me identify what kind of action is used as it is one that I have not
seen before.

The unusual part is the tracker bar. It has both 88-note and 65-note
slots cut into it (88 on top, 65 below) with a switch on the left side of
the roll box to select either 88-note rolls or 65-note rolls.

Two questions: Who made the action, and are there any particular details
I should watch out for while rebuilding the piano?

Thanks

PS: Any other thoughts, notes, details, etc. would be greatly
appreciated.
