Standard Valve Problem

As I read yesterdays posting I noticed I was not clear about under which
vacuum conditions the valves in question operated.  The secondary valves
do not operate under normal OR high levels of vacuum.  The only condition
they operate under is very LOW vacuum.  Sorry for the unclear
communication.
