Beckwith Piano Plays Too Loud
By Jerry Slonsky

Hi, I'm looking for some help in identifying the bellows to the left
of the pedals on a Beckwith Player Piano. It looks like the one on
the right, but there is a knife-switch inside, and vacuum appears to
be coming from two different places. Can anyone tell me what book
to look for regarding this piano's mechanism specifically?

Also, would appreciate any information regarding reducing the volume.
The piano is now electric, and it plays much too loud. Thanks in advance
for any help provided.
