Hello again!  I checked yesterday with the publisher and they now say 
that the books should be into their warehouse in a few weeks, then they 
have to package and process the orders, and THEN we should finally have 
them in our hands!

They are only printing 1500 copies, and over 800 of those have been sold
already (to people like me).  So -- if you want one and haven't ordered
it yet, they're $89.95 + $5.50 postage.
