Twenty Years of AMICA Bulletins
By Dave Kerr

Robbie, The fine article on A-roll arranging styles was published in
the April and May 1983 AMICA Bulletins (Volume 20 Nos. 3 & 4), authored
by Dave Junchen and titled "Arranging Styles on Clark and Capitol Rolls
-- A Historical Perspective."

A week ago I took delivery of two boxes of bound AMICA Bulletins from
1971 to 1993. I have only had time to skim it and mark the lot for
winter absorption. The approximately $110 cost is a fraction of the
wealth of information to be savoured therein. These are bound from
first-run Bulletins with periodic full indexes and as such will cause
you to donate your smudgy second-generation copied 'AMICA Technicalities'
series to the nearest available tyro enthusiast -- which we all were/are
once.

Bound Bulletins from 1971-1996 are still available, deeply discounted
by year, and warehoused with Robin Pratt in Sandusky, Ohio. I cannot
recommend them highly enough.
