Electric Suction Units
By Hal Davis

Whether still available or not I am not sure, but years ago I used to buy
suction units from Granger Electrical Supply that were designed to operate
at 135 to 145 v.a.c.

When operated on the household 120 v.a.c. they produced enough suction to
power a regular upright player piano without making the loud racket
usually associated with electric units.

Check with your local electrical supply house if there isn't a Grangers
nearby.
