Piano Technicians Work a Tough Job!

This can't have been the London PPG, can it ? I've been a member since
1967 and while the PPG social meetings are certainly jolly and possibly
even vague, I can't recall a single occasion where you were remotely
likely to meet up with folk who advised you to gut a player. Was this a
tuners' benefit meeting ?
