MMD subscribers have often asked about database software for rolls
and other music collections.

A friend of mine recently recommended a program called Audiofile,
which is intended for cataloging records, CDs, etc., and looks adaptable
for rolls and the like.  Audiofile costs $30, much less than general
purpose database programs.

My friend reports that he has been using this program for several
months and that it works well (in other words, no bug problems).
