Updating of Agenda in Musica Mecanica

I recently updated the agenda on the web site Musica Mecanica,
mainly for European events.

May I remind you that you find also on that site a listing of
associations and museums(about 200) related to mechanical music
throughout the world.  Some people (many thanks to them !) have pointed
out to me a few errors that I shall try and correct shortly.
