Introduction
By Dan Krop

Jody, I just read my first copy of the MMD and look forward to being a
longtime subscriber. I heard about your publication from Ferd Pointer,
a local player piano restorer.

I have been collecting mechanical musical instruments for several
years. I have a Gem organ, 14 1/8 inch Polyphon with bells, 15 1/2
inch Regina changer style 35, Duo-Art piano, cylinder music box with
drum, bells and dancing dolls, and several phonographs.

I am always interested in purchasing new rolls, discs, and especially
cobs for the above mentioned machines. Also, does anyone know if
owner's/repair manuals are available for the Regina changer style 35?
Among other things, I would like to know how to adjust the governor.

Thanks,

Dan Krop
