Seek Source of Piano Action Regulating Tools

I am looking for a source for the tools used to regulate (bend) the
various wires in a piano action, particularly a 45-degree and 90-degree
tool. Schaff piano supply of Chicago sells all this stuff, but only to
those in the business. I have had no luck ordering through my local
music store as they want to sell me their services and not the tools!
Any help would be appreciated.
