'Guidebook of Automatic Musical Instruments'
By Don Teach

The Guidebook of Automatic Musical Instruments is a really nice book
but also very early as far as books on the subject. It has value in
that it is early with some nice pictures.

The rarity guide is not accurate. For example there are over 75
Seeburg "G" known and close to a 100 Seeburg "H" machines. The book
was written before the really "big hunt" for machines came about in
the late 1960's and early 1970's. Even today "new" machines are
turning up for collectors.

The price guide for 1967 is worthless as are the new price guides in
the Antique Books on the market. Look at auction prices and dealer
prices for a more realistic look at what is going on the market today.
