Seek Solvent for Masking Tape Adhesive
By Mike Blackwell

Does anyone know a good solvent for masking tape adhesive, that won't
eat plastic keys? Some well-meaning soul put masking tape on the
plastic keys to mark the ones that didn't play.

Peeling the tape leaves a layer of goo and often part of the paper as
well. Alcohol doesn't seem to phase it, and scraping with a plastic
card seems pretty futile.

Any thoughts?
