Hello, Could you please look at my music box and tell me if it is Swiss?

I thought it was French, but a friend said it looks more like a
Swiss box.  It is very old and has a brass cylinder that plays 4 songs.
Inside the sticker reads: No: 33670, Musique de Geneve a, 4 airs,
Cylindre 5 1/2 po, Etouffoirs Aspiraux.
