Harvey Roehl recently released a CD of tunes arranged for his Gavioli
band organ by Tom Meijer, in Goes, Holland.  It is titled "Fair Organ
Follies: Amusement Park Favorites, featuring the Dodge Brothers March,
by Victor Herbert."

Harvey's Gavioli was adapted to play MIDI files, and Tom did the 22
arrangements heard on this CD in MIDI format.  I realize none of this
leads to a piano roll of the march, but all other leads failing, Harvey
