Hmmm.  No responses to my post for info on my neighbor's miniature,
upright Kramer piano with a Welte mechanism.  I wonder if that means
that the piano is so rare that no one knows anything about it or it's
so common that it isn't worth anyone's time to respond.  :-)

If anyone does know something about this instrument or its genre,
I would be grateful for a response.  Specifically, the neighbor would
be interested in some sense of its rarity, history, and approximate
range of value.
