A list of all museums and collections of automatic musical instru-
ments in Germany (and all other European countries) can be found at:

Click the Union Jack for English text (you could try to read the Dutch
text of course) and select "museums and collections".  There you can
find a complete list of museums grouped by country, including maps of
most countries, so you can always establish if any collection or museum
is in the neighbourhood that you want to visit.

Remember, distances in Europe are quite small compared to those in
the US!
