Unknown 88-Note Roll Type
By Phil Dayson

My thanks to all who have given info on the subject of my unknown
88-note rolls with theme holes and additional coding outside these.

I have one more piece of information which previously I very carelessly
forgot to mention. One of the 18 rolls has a Keith Prowse label and
is headed "Programme J. 138", and contains a printed list of 4 tunes:
for example, Moonlight Saving Time, Girl of a Million Dreams, etc.
Two of other rolls each have a handwritten J. number.

All of the other rolls are completely devoid of any marks other than
a handwritten tune list. About half the spool ends are wood, the other
half being a black composition material. All of the rolls contain
either 4 or 3 tunes.

Thanks again for everyones help

Phil Dayson
