I am completing a local history book on the City of St. Charles,
Illinois.  Part of the book will deal with the Cable Piano Company's
St. Charles factory.  I have plenty of actual photos of the workers
and their picnics over the years but do not have any satisfactory
advertisements in black and white to use along with the actual
photographs of the making of the pianos.

Jim [husband Jim Edwards] has a Cable Company book mark showing the
Chicago and St. Charles plants, but the images are too small for publi-
cation.  If any of you out there have some interesting material on the
Cable Company you would like to share please let me know.  I would scan
any usable material and return the original to you pronto with
gratitude.
