Musical Clocks at Geymueller Schloessel, Vienna
By Claus Kucher

Thanks to Bill Maier, who wrote some interesting things in
990117 MMDigest about Geymueller-Schloessel.

Some small corrections. Use tram #41 (forty-one) starting at
Schottentor/University and ride about 30 minutes until the end station
at Poetzleinsdorf. Within 5 minutes walking you will find

  Geymueller-Schloessel
  Sammlung Sobek
  Khevenhuellerstr 2
 (Poetzleinsdorfer Str 102)
  A-1180 Wien
  Tel. +43 1 4793139-0

It is located at the beginning of 'Wienerwald' and you are very near
to some quiet 'Heurigen'. If you like the other way you can climb over
the hill, and within 15 minutes you will find dozens of 'touristical'
and very busy wine-pubs.

Trams #1 and #2 are the lines that are scheduled along the 'Ring'
around the 1st district of Vienna.

Claus Kucher

[ 'Wienerwald' is the famous Vienna Woods, from which we hear well-known
[ musical 'Tales'! The 'Heurigen' are the Vienna wine pubs, which also
[ have good music and lots of tales being told! ;) -- Robbie
