Seek Book Music For 16-note Serinette
By Brian Chesters

I bought two items at the recent Christies sale in Melbourne,
Australia. One was a Cabinetto which is nice. The other, though,
was described as "A 24-note Organina" with no rolls. I bought it,
as these larger Organettes are quite sort after; however, I have just
unpacked it.

It is a 16-note book-playing table organ by J. Thibouville-Lamy, and
marketed as The Serinette of Paris. I would say in its defence that
it is a nice organ but its not what I wanted. I have seen these in
France but I don't know of many in the UK.

Does anyone know where I can obtain a few books of music for it?
A picture is available for anyone to view.
