Introduction & Seek Conn Strobotuner
By John Moe

Hi! I'm John Moe, located in Noblesville IN, and I was referred to
this group by Terry Smythe. I am starting in the accordion rehab-
ilitation and repair hobby/business and am searching for a way to help
me tune accordion reeds. That was what I contacted Terry about.

If I could find a Conn Strobotuner at a modest price, I think it would
do just what I want. If anyone has another suggestion I'd be very glad
to hear it. I can't invest very much money at this point.

Thanks for any help!

John Moe

[ Welcome to MMD, John. The old Strobotuners which I've used have
[ a problem, though: the internal reference frequency isn't stable,
[ it drifts. So you really should have a cheap but modern piano
[ tuning device to compare with the old unit. Have you looked into
[ the offerings at the local music store, etc.? -- Robbie
