Seek Wurlitzer Style 50 Kiddie Band Organ Plans

Has anyone ever seen construction plans for the Wurlitzer 50 Kiddie
Band Organ?  According to the Bowers reference, a handful were made.
Have any of these survived?  Have any reproductions been made?
