Wurlitzer 1203 Player Piano Power Problem
By Wayne Boksa

I remember when repairing two or three players with bad diodes, I was
told to replace all four diodes if one was bad. The bridge rectifier
for the solenoid power supply is located left of the spring-loaded music
roll carrier. The diodes should be the four on the bottom of the upper
strip, not the one diode hidden by the spring loaded thing. Diodes
must be replaced with the marking bands installed the same direction as
the old ones.

There is 65 thousands of an inch between the bus bar and the leaf
switch. A little alcohol will clean the bus bar resulting in a full
restoration job. The deluxe model played some kind of reproducing
roll: Ampico ?
