Passing of James Feller
By Frank Metzger

I am very sorry to announce that James R. Feller, a longtime Trustee
and member of the MBSI and a former president of same from 1978-1979,
passed away on February 26, 2000 at the age of 77.

Jim, an accomplished pilot, organist and organ builder was also an
outstanding restorer of mechanical music and was particularly talented
in the restoration of some of the most complex small automata. More
important, he was a fine man -- admired by all and a friend to many.

Lore and I extend to his wife Carol and his family our deepest
sympathies and hope that in the fullness of time her hurt will be
assuaged. We will miss Jim very much.
