Adjustable Power Supply for Mills Violano

About 15 years ago I received a diagram for building an adjustable
voltage power supply for a Mills Violano.  It has worked good all these
years until now.  Something has gone wrong and I can't find it without
the diagram.  Could anyone out there have a copy of this?
