I have filed a small claims suit against Schafer Bros. Piano Movers.
We go to court on October 24th.  Hopefully they will not ask for a
continuance or change of venue.

I feel so sorry for this lady with the Baldwin Concertmaster.  She gave
the dealer a check for $36,000.  He took off with the check (and the
rest of the inventory in the store).  Baldwin is suing him at this
time.  Then he hires Schafer Bros.  They demolish the Concertmaster
system and refuse to pay for damages.  So basically the customer is out
the money and the piano.  We have had the piano in storage since April.

If anyone has any Schafer Bros. horror stories for us please e-mail them
to me.  I'll let you know how it goes in court.
