J. Lawrence Cook Autographed "A" Roll Catalog

J. Lawrence Cook arranged and sold 10-tune "A" rolls after WW2.
I found one of his mimeographed catalogs signed by the master himself
(now on eBay).  He certainly kept the art going when very few had any
interest...
