Cakewalk CAL Routine "Split Notes to Tracks"
By Jon Guy

When Mike Knudson was discussing arranging non-chromatic organ rolls,
he commented he didn't know if Cakewalk had the capability of
legalizing notes.

A CAL routine could probably be developed to do this on the fly.
However, I use a CAL routine included with the product called 'Split
Notes to Tracks'.

This routine will place each note value on a separate track (All C4's
on the same track, etc.). The unwanted note tracks can then be deleted
quickly and the rest (legal notes) pasted to one track. Transpose
first if needed.
