Welte-Mignon Action for Steinway Player

Phil Knighton wondered about a replacement player action for his gutted
Steinway Welte.  I suspect this piano will be a Hamburg Steinway and
would have had an earlier German-built Red or Green Welte system in it.
Would other folks agree with this?
