Wurlitzer Caliola Rolls vs. APP Rolls
By Ed Sprankle

Matthew Caulfield asked if APP rolls and Caliola rolls are really
different. I'll feel real silly assuming he's never seen a Caliola
roll but I'll take a chance. I can't find a 65N APP roll which shares
an arrangement with any of my 15 Caliola rolls. This can't mean there
aren't shared arrangements.

But Caliola rolls are easy to distinguish by their label designation
"Caliola" and the fact that each tune is twinned such that each 10-tune
Caliola roll is made up of five two-tune medleys.

I'll be very interested in any reply which really answers Matthew's
question; I'd like to know the answer too.

I've never met a Caliola roll I didn't like! ;- ))
