Albert W. Ketelbey and "Tangled Tunes"
By Mike Knudsen

For what it's worth, my RCA Victor 78 RPM record of "In A Persian
Market", played by Collins Driggs on the Hammond Novachord, lists the
composer as Ketelbey (with 3 e's). It's one heck of a performance on
this early electronic organ.

As for "Tangled Tunes", in my municipal band we've played a similar
concoction called "Instant Concert" by prolific American band composer
Harold (?) Walters. It's quite impressive, but officially contains
only 32 melodies. Over 100 must be amazing, and contrapuntal to boot.
