"There'll Be A Hot Time in the Old Town Tonight"
By Dan Wilson, London

Joel Vance, in his 1977 biography of Fats Waller, mentions in passing
that the black 24th and 25th Infantry in the Spanish-American War of
1898, trounced the Spanish at Las Guisamas in hand-to-hand combat,
singing "Hot Time in the Old Town".

Not quite the same today; singing doesn't quite go with pressing the
trigger on a flame-thrower.
