Styles and Frankie and Johnny

Two postings in today's MMD bring Johnny Maddox to mind. Charles Davis
opts for an up-tempo ragtime style with crisp syncopation and
independent hands.  I'd say that's Johnny.  Todd Robbins speculates on
the origins of the title of a great ragtime tune, now known as Frankie
and Johnny.  That too is Johnny; he obviously loves the tune and plays
