Bruce,  I think Schaff Piano may have them.  I have bought several
grand covers from them.  Alternatively, go to a local upholstery shop
that does convertible tops and boat covers.  Give them the dimensions
and a sketch.  They will have a variety of materials to select from
including some that are fuzzy on the inside if you want that feature.
