Video: "Organ Grinding In The U.K."
By Burl Updyke

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful trip to England this past summer.
We attended a B.O.G.A. sponsored 'organ grind' and also visited John
Smith and Bob Essex.

John, as I am sure most of you know, provides plans for an entry level
busker crank organ that many have constructed with good success, myself
included. Bob has developed a very clever machine driven by MIDI that
punches organ roll music. He also has plans available. We found both
men very interesting, and most hospitable as well.

Along with building organs, another of my interests is editing video.
I took a lot of video on the trip, and it is now edited into a
48-minute VHS tape entitled, "Organ Grinding In The U.K.". It is
available for $29.95 plus $2 for shipping (within USA), satisfaction
guaranteed. If you are interested you may contact me at burl@epix.net.
