I found the pricing facilities very sensible, and the service
excellent.  All details can be sorted online, with an option to click
on a "Phone me" link to arrange home collection.  No sooner had I done
so than the phone rang and I was able to organise matters immediately,
including payment.

Collection duly occurred at the time stated and a trip to the local
Post Office on a cold and miserable day was avoided.  A very pleasant
surprise to find the Internet being used to such good effect.
