In regard to the All in the Family music: The piece was on QRS rolls
and I just sold a used copy.  It was entitled, I believe, "All in the
Family, Closing Theme".  I don't recall the roll number but if you
happen to have any old QRS catalogs around from about 15 years ago it
would be in there.  I don't think they still cut it but it's possible.
