X-L-CIA Pianola Company

Could anyone please tell me anything about The X-L-CIA pianola company?
I have seen one of theirs advertised for sale, but I am unable to find
out anything about them at all, all my web searches turn up nothing.

I wondered if they made good pianolas?  Any other information would be
very useful too.
