Can someone explain to me if there is a specific way to arrange music
for band organs that use MIDI interfaces?  I was told that separate
tracks should be used for melody, accompaniment, percussion, etc., but
it doesn't really explain how you should be able to switch between
different pipe ranks or, in some cases, extra percussion instruments
(i.e., chimes).
