Solenoid Pianos Can Duplicate a Human Performance
By Jim Moore

Some have commented about the "tone" of a solenoid piano. The only
true, factory dedicated, solenoid pianos I'm aware of are Yamahas.
Aren't the rest retro-fitted?

What I'm trying to say is, if a PianoDisc is properly installed in a,
say, vintage Steinway, and played via the PianoDisc, and then the same
selection played again via a pianist, how many could actually tell the
difference? I'm guessing very few, if any.
