If you adopt John Ward's suggestion to run Virtual PC (or VMWare,
for that matter), you can try "Goldwave".

"Goldwave" features a pop/click filter with adjustable threshold, and
has noise-reduction filters.  It's priced at $40 US.  You can download
it, and try a full-featured demo, from http://www.goldwave.com/
